Mr. Eric Mies was one of four founding members of ConstructOne in 1999 and currently acts as ConstructOne's Managing Director. Eric manages the strategic growth and daily operations of the company, directs its business initiatives, and serves as a member of ConstructOne's Board of Directors.

Prior to starting ConstructOne, Eric worked in management consulting where he spent nearly 10 years with Price Waterhouse, Deloitte Consulting and other niche consulting firms. In these roles, Eric was responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with ERP and CRM vendors such as Oracle, SAP, CommerceOne, and Siebel. Eric has also been involved in several successful technology start-ups over the last 15 years.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana and is an active participant in many local and international e-commerce forums.  Eric is an Indiana native and splits his time between Chicago, Illinois and Sydney, Australia.
